4. Service Engagement & Consultations
Engagement of photography or video editing services is subject to a separate written contract. This website provides general information and portfolio examples; a formal agreement is required to define specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for any creative project.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Deposits for creative sessions are non-refundable as they secure specific production dates. Final payment terms are strictly enforced as per the individual service agreement. Any cancellations must be communicated 48 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Resoflife Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
7. Limitation of Liability
